Mikaela Haynes was fourteen years old when she took her own life
after being repeatedly forced to spend time with a convicted child
rapist, her father Charles Haynes. Haynes is currently in prison in
Missouri serving a sentence for raping Mikaela’s half-sister, Melissa,
when she was a young teen.
The nightmare for this family began when Melissa gave her mother a
note disclosing that her stepfather, Cynthia Randolph’s husband Charles
Haynes, had been abusing her for years. Randolph left with her three
children, reported the abuse to the police, and filed for divorce.
Haynes was arrested, charged, and pleaded guilty to sodomizing Melissa.
Guardian ad litem (GAL) Jennifer Williams was appointed to the case
because of the abuse allegations. Instead of protecting the children
from Charles Haynes, an admitted child rapist, Williams acted tirelessly to give him and his enabler mother access...

I'm writing an article about the HAYNES V. HAYNES case in which you are the attorney for convicted pedophile Charles Haynes. You wrote the following [to Sara's Mother's Attorney] on November 8 [2021] regarding visitation with Sara-the last remaining child of Haynes's who he hasn't raped yet:
"I agree that Mr. Haynes can have no more than supervised visitation with Sarah and he does not want Sara to go into foster care again, therefore he has responded that it is in Sara’s best interest to be in the custody of her mother. We can stipulate that sole legal and physical custody be awarded to Ms. Haynes. However, with respect to your comments that Mr. Haynes’ jail term runs through December 2025, it is possible that he could be released earlier than that, creating a circumstance that could be anticipated at the time of trial, and therefore preclude him from filing to modify the additional term you proposed that he “have no visitation until Sara turns 18 and decided to see her father on her own terms”.
As you may recall from Chuck’s testimony in the deposition, while he does not want Sara to visit him in jail, it is his desire to be able to speak with Sara by phone. We may be able to stipulate that he can have supervised phone contact with Sara at an agreed upon rate (once a week, once every other week, etc.), that be able to send correspondence to Sarah, that he will have no in person visitation while in jail, and that his release from prison will be considered a substantial and continuing change in circumstances such that he may file a motion to modify with regard to supervised visitation. He would of course still have the burden to show at that time that it would be in Sara’s best interest to have supervised visitation which I’m certain your client would contest, but it would allow us to avoid the cost of a GAL in the present matter."
I have a few questions:
1. What "substantial change in circumstances" would Haynes have-including being released from prison-that would change the law in Missouri that says anyone who has been convicted of child sodomy SHALL NOT GET VISITATION?
The court shall not grant visitation to the parent not granted custody if such parent or any person residing with such parent has been found guilty of or pled guilty to any of the following offenses when a child was the victim: a. A felony violation of section 566.030, 566.032, 566.031 , 566.060, 566.062, 566.064, 566.067, 566.068, 566.061 , 566.083, 566.101 , 566.100, 566.111, 566.151, 566.203, 566.206, 566.209, 566.211 , or 566.215; 2. Does Cordell & Cordell regularly argue against Missouri law in favor of convicted child rapists or is that just you?
3. Are you aware that Dr. Jerry Marks, Sarah's therapist, has sent letter after letter to the court including recently to Judge Kamp advising him not to allow Chuck Haynes anywhere near Sarah? Here's an excerpt from that letter.
I have recommended that Mr. Haynes have NO CONTACT with either child during the time I have been engaged in the process. I have never recommended that Mr. Haynes have visitation with his daughter SH. In fact, the literature projects that perpetrators will have a preferred victim type and that potential victims need to be protected during their minor years to help avoid further offensive and illegal behavior by the perpetrator. I have specifically instructed everyone involved with SH that SH have no contact with Mr. Haynes, his mother Bernice Haynes, his sister Karen, or anyone from the father's side of the family until SH is an adult and she can make her own decisions.
3. Why is your law firm through you arguing against the advice of the minor's therapist who has been treating her for several years?
4. Dr. Jerry Marks tried to save Mikaela's life and lawyers like you ignored him. Then she killed herself. He is now screaming into the wind again asking for one sane adult to realize what is going on here and still your law firm is insisting that Chuck Haynes have access to Sarah. Why? No matter what you are being paid to do, surely you can see that this is not the hill to die on. Why are you doing it?
5. How much money is Charles Haynes paying you to fight for his non-existent right to have access to a child as a registered sex offender and convicted rapist?
I would appreciate a response by Friday. I'm working under deadline.

Matt Michel has come to my attention recently
because he was publicly posting on Facebook that an article I wrote was
"garbage." I have reached out to him to ask him repeatedly what
information I got wrong and he has not responded nor will he come to the phone

say. Can you make him available to correct the record? He has indicated that he
is in possession of information that the public should know. This is his chance
to alert the public to this important information. Will he sit down with me?
3. Michel used to work for Maness & Maness who was the firm that represented Charles Haynes. Isn't it a conflict of interest that he is now working for the prosecuting attorney's office but still
publicly defending a convicted criminal and the people he worked with who are
implicated in this child's death? (See the wrongful death lawsuit that was
filed against Jennifer Williams.)
4. During your time as prosecutor, I've been
told that Chuck Haynes' first attorney gave you a computer that belonged to
Bernice Haynes that Chuck admitted to using that was full of child porn. Why
didn't you press charges against him for that illegal material and where is
that computer now?
5. A recording of Chuck Haynes threatening to
kill the complaining witness against him, Melissa Hogg, was also given to your
office before his trial and I have published it on YouTube. On the recording it
very clearly shows Haynes saying "bury that Hogg" and that he's
"going out in a blaze of glory," and will be taking down more than
one person with him. Why wasn't threatening a criminal witness added as a
charge against him?
6. Why doesn't the Butler County prosecutor's
office appear to take the threat that Charles Haynes poses to children and
other citizens very seriously?
7. Have you personally ever worked with Seigred Maness or any other Maness from the law firm Maness & Maness before
you were a prosecutor?
8. Have you personally ever worked with Jennifer Williams, guardian ad litem, at any time in a professional or personal
capacity?

After Melissa's Mom flees the Ripley County area after Randy Maness got Chuck Haynes out of jail on 12-3-2013 and files for a divorce in Randolph County near her family in Moberly Mo on 12-10-2013, Siegrid Maness, Cindy's former attorney Siegrid Maness enters her appearance as Chuck Haynes lawyer and files for a divorce in Ripley County on 12-17-2013 in Case No. 13RI-CV00554 SEVEN DAYS AFTER Cindy had already filed on 12-10-2013 in Randolph County in Moberly Mo.!
The Child Rapist's Attorney Siegrid Maness manuvered Cindy' Randolph's Divorce case from Moberly Mo to Doniphan Mo and then used her Judge connections and influence to get Cindy's Cases 13RA-CV001291 and 14RI-CV00038 dismissed and then started using the case 13RI-CV00554 that Siegrid had filed in Doniphan where Cindy then became the RESPONDENT instead of the PETITIONER as she was originally the Petitioner in 13RA-CV001291!! This manuvering by Attorney's Siegrid Maness and Randy Maness has ENDANGERED and HARMED Cindy Randolph and her children to the point of Cindy's daughter Mikaela Haynes committing suicide on 11/24/2018 because she "could not take it anymore" after MANY YEARS (December 1, 2013 to PRESENT) and mountains of paperwork "legal" bullying attacks upon Mother and and her children to protect child rapist Charles Haynes.
